    Cold-Pressed from Fresh Produce

 

At Impressed Juices, our approach is different – our juices are cold pressed from fresh produce and never heat treated.

Cold pressing is an age-old method of slowly extracting juice where fresh produce is ground up and gently squeezed to release the raw nectar, retaining the natural vitamins, minerals and enzymes.

Most juices are heat pasteurised, sometimes at up to 120 degrees, stripping vital nutrients. Our juices are never heat treated – each bottle is submerged in cold water and high pressure tested to deactivate harmful bacteria and naturally extend shelf life without any heat – it’s just like dropping them to the deepest part of the ocean. Cold pressurisation is an external process meaning the raw juice is never directly touched.
