Baby Edam cheese balls originates from the town of Edam, North Holland. The cheese is pale yellow in colour and is sealed using red paraffin wax which cannot be eaten. Edam cheese does not spoil easily, and that makes it perfect for carrying around

Ingredients:

Pasteurized cow milk, salt, friendly bacteria, rennet
