Malaysians love spices and cumin is one of them. The Gouda with cumin cheese is great with breads or even on its own as a snack simply because of its warm spicy flavour

Gouda Cheese (pronounced as gHow-da by the Dutch) originates from Gouda town in Holland.  This is a traditional Gouda cheese with a twist, where the cumin aroma gives it a warm spicy flavour

Ingredients:

Pasteurized cow milk, salt, friendly bacteria, rennet, cumin seeds

Benefits:

25% protein, rich in Vitamin A, B12, calcium, magnesium, zinc and phosphorous

Taste:

Warm spicy, earthy flavour, slightly sweet caramelly taste and light aroma from cumin
