We source quality fresh dairy from a selection of farms located in and around Rokeby – a small town nestled in the heart of Gippsland’s dairy region approximately 100km east of Melbourne. We are 100% Australian owned and make our products locally.

 

Rokeby Farms Whole Protein Quark Yoghurt is made the authentic Swedish way. We culture our milk at lower temperature for longer to create a quark yoghurt that is naturally rich in protein and mild in flavour. Our unique cold filtration process increases the natural protein by three times giving our yoghurt a thick and creamy texture at only 1% fat.
