Royal Blue Stilton

Stilton has been made in England for nearly 500 years in the Vale of Belvoir, near the village of Stilton. It is a Product of Designated Origin (PDO) and can only be made in three counties in England (Leicestershire, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire).

Available for you as 4kg wheels, 2kg rings or 150g wedges.

Suitable for vegetarians.

Farmhouse Cheddar

Farmhouse Cheddar producers still work to 500 year old recipes handed down from the times of the famous English King, Henry VIII using milk from their own dairy herds which graze on the lush grass pastures in the West Country of England.

Available as wedges and also as the 400g Dorset Drum which makes an excellent gift.

All these Cheddar's are suitable for vegetarians.
Regional - Territorial Cheese

Cheshire - moist, crumbly, slightly salty mild cheese.

Wensleydale - slightly crumbly smooth textured with a subtle, milky flavour.

Caerphilly - moist, crumbly, lemon yellow cheese with a salty buttermilk flavour.

Lancashire - white, slightly salty, crumble cheese with a rich, full-bodied flavour.

Double Gloucester - mellow and full flavoured orange coloured cheese.

Leicester - bright russet-gold colour firm cheese with a faint lemony bite.

Farmhouse & Specialty Cheese

Specialty English Cheese: Chatel (cows milk) and Gevrik (goats milk) are soft, mould ripened cheese made in Cornwall, England. They are mild and creamy cheese with a soft melting texture.
